It uses your selected competencies and your definitions of what good performance looks like to support consistent evaluation and identify where further assessment may be needed.
For each competency, fill in what evidence of that competency you would like to see in a candidates resume or application.
The score column can be used to track how well a candidate demonstrates each competency.
